Well we went to the track up in eatonville today and had a great time. CBA stickers on the first 2 karts Me in the 99 in first and Jt in his ETREMELY heavy , like 40# heavier than normal LOL , 43 came in second. Good day.
The owner of the track has really been workin hard on that place and its really comin together . Nice guy too . IF he keeps going in the direction he is going its gonna be awsome. Hoping it keeps goin and see more racing there next summer.

Im sure if they went to UAS rules they would get a better turn out. I'm sure that something could be worked out with Jeff for next summer. He just wants people to come race and enjoy all the hard work he has put into the track. This event was to try and get people to come see the facility and it's possibilities. Since the first time I was up there in July the track has gotten SOOO much better. The first time it was super loose dirt/clay and just a dust storm. Second time was better and packed in in some areas and loose in others, this time it was smooth and packed all around but started tearing up in a couple spots. It still needs to be worked, and get a tad bit more of the rocks/wood that are coming up and out of the track(it wasn't bad but could be better). I know I was hoping for a bigger turnout myself. And really hate to say it but we kinda need both sides to come together for events if we want to race at ORV and/or Eatonville next summer and not be a red headed step child of a motorcycle race. I know a couple CBA'ers showed up, Stackmans cleaned house! 62, 9, and 37 showed up for a bit to watch. Rusty #2

Rusty #2 Why do you hate to say it and there hasnt been any change in the landscape in CKA land.

I want to race with more karts. And prefer to not race w/ a big motorcyle group and only get 8 laps, especially if I'm going to pay a bigger entry fee. I want to see karters come to race together, not be divided because you have trouble with someone. Nobody says you have to be friends or even pit next to someone. And all of the complaints the person you guys don't like still shows up at the shows you guys race at? I didn't see anyone have any issues at Rainier when I was there, so why not just come race with the rest of the karters and have a good time?
No change for CKA? We have an indoor track to race at all winter, and won't be at Raymond next summer so we will be at ORV and/or Eatonville most likely.
I personally like Salem but cannot afford the time and costs to run that far away.
